Well I really don’t know what to tell everyone. I worked at that darn microdrive forever it seemed. I still think that the fuji s7000 can see all 4 gigs. I just don’t know how to get it to do it. I ended up using Mandrake (any Linux distor. should do) to split the microdrive into two partitions. I then formatted the drive in WinXP and WOOHOO…I had 2 gigs to use for taking pictures. Now if anyone knows of a way to get the camera to read the full 4 gigs or if anyone had any luck pass it on. I think the key is in the partion tables. OH YEA….I was going to have pictures to show of me taking the Muvo apart but I sort of lost those when I formatted the XD card instead of the microdrive. Working on a new project. Involves extracting a microdrive from an mp3 player. Andy Mack was supposedly the man who discovered this little secrete. The deal is you buy a Creative Muvo mp3 player for $200 and extract a $500 microdrive out of it. Pictures will be posted as soon as I start the project.
